He expressed gratitude for the presence of former President John Dramani Mahama and other distinguished guests, highlighting the church’s influence in national leadership roles. Rev. Wengam also outlined the church's social impact through its NGO, AG Care, particularly in education, healthcare, and livelihood empowerment.
Looking ahead, he announced the Centenary City Project, which includes plans for an International Convention Centre to mark 100 years of the Assemblies of God in Ghana. Additionally, Ghana will host the 2026 World Assemblies of God Fellowship Congress.
As the 2024 elections draw near, Rev. Wengam called for peaceful conduct and urged members to be exemplary, concluding with a prayer for peace and stability in the nation.
