The Assemblies of God, Ghana celebrates a remarkable academic milestone as Rev. Obed A. Asiedu, the Eastern Region B Superintendent, has successfully graduated with a Master of Arts degree in International Development Studies from the Presbyterian University, Ghana.

With a solid academic foundation in Accounting and Finance, a Masters degree in the Study of Religions, and now a Master's in International Development Studies, Rev. Asiedu exemplifies a lifelong dedication to learning and impact. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Law at the University of Ghana Law School and a PhD. in Environment and Development at the Presbyterian University, Ghana—further expanding his capacity to influence both church and society.
Speaking after the ceremony, Rev. Asiedu expressed deep gratitude to God, his family, and the leadership of the Assemblies of God,Ghana for their prayers and support throughout his academic journey. He emphasised the importance of integrating faith, legal insight, and development knowledge in addressing the complex social and environmental issues confronting Ghana and the wider African context.
