The Executive Committee of the Central Region “A” Assemblies of God,Ghana led by the Regional Superintendent, Rev Bismark Moore has paid separate courtesy calls on the Central Regional Police Command and the Regional Minister in Cape Coast.
The purpose of the visits was to discuss matters of national importance and pray with them.
During the visit to the Regional Police Command, the Deputy Regional Police Commander, Deputy Commissioner of Police(DCOP) Ibrahim Sulley, highlighted concerns about crimes committed by children of Christian parents.
Crime
The Executive Committee members drew attention of the police to areas with high crime rates.
Rev. Moore, presented the vision of "The Transformation Agenda" to the DCOP Sulley and thanked the police for their role in maintaining peace.
Rev. Moore also presented two Bibles and two calendars to the Regional Police Command and prayed for them.
Address challenges
The Central Regional Minister, Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah, on his part advised the pastors to use their influence to address three key challenges: cleanliness, galamsey, and raising godly politicians.
He emphasised the need to protect water bodies and promote godly leadership to save the nation from corruption.
The Regional Superintendent presented two Bibles and two calendars to the Regional Minister, who expressed gratitude for the visit and promised to attend future programmes of the church.

Rev. Moore assured the Minister that they would use their pulpit to advocate for the areas he highlighted.
