The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Reverend Stephen Yenusom Wengam, has called on the Minister of Gender, Children, and Social Protection, Dr Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, to remain steadfast in her faith as she undertakes her official duties.
He advised her to exercise caution in contractual engagements and underscored the necessity of continual prayer for success.

She acknowledged divine intervention in her journey, stating, “We all know that it takes the hand of God to perform wonders. He has done it before, and I trusted Him to do it again. By His grace, He has indeed done it.”
Reflecting on her commitment to public service, Dr Lartey emphasised that serving humanity is synonymous with serving God. She remarked, “As leaders, we have always strived to serve the nation to the best of our ability. Today, as the Lord has honoured us, we felt it necessary to come together under the leadership of our head pastor to thank God and renew our commitment to serving Him through our work.”
